A Nanager is a nanny and/or household manager. A childcare professional who combines exceptional nanny services with effective home management.

The children remain the number one priority at all times, but Nanagers bring their own specialties and skills, ready to be flexible to meet the job requirements and support their chosen family’s unique needs.

  We look for Nanagers who have a strong work ethic, a proactive nature, great communication skills, and who are experts in providing the type of support each family needs.

Schedules and tasks vary based on the needs of individual families and will be outlined in the job description, interview, and onboarding process.
Duties may include:

• Facilitating engaging activities for the children
• Working in the family home and local community
• School drop off/pick up
• Grocery shopping
• Laundry
• Cooking/prepping meals
• Tidying up around the house.

Step 1. Fill out an application form.

Step 2. Respond to the Nanager team’s request for more information and/or book an interview time.

Step 3. Interview with our Recruitment team. Depending on the role you’re applying for this will either be a phone or video chat, lasting 20-60 minutes.

Step 4. Provide us with the contact details for 2 references. We need to speak with them only once before placing you with a family.

Step 5. Communicate promptly and effectively with us regarding any interviews or positions we set up for you.

Step 6. Join the team! When the right nanny job comes along (whether that’s a long-term placement, one-off babysitting shift, or anything in between) we’ll get you set up for success.

We will only place an applicant in a nanny job if they hold the minimum requirements.
